BABY DEE, BABY DEE, How much more TALENTED, INSPIRATIONAL and Uniquely ORIGINAL Could anyone else BE I-m so happy you-re singing with ME 2. You are working in a new album of self written songs. What are you inspiring yourself on? Are you looking back for remembrances… readings… dreams…? My new songs are about loss and grief of the things around us that disappear as we grow older. Each time it feels like a little bit of what we are dies. They-re about connecting with a younger me, me as a teen. They-re about finding a place. They-re not unhappy songs . Maybe a bit melancholic and reflective but at the same time about being strong. I always put threads of humor. 3. How do you define your alliance with Neal X? Neal is a musical rock that adds a pop and rock sensibility to ground my music and to stop me from making my songs too obscurely arty and claustrophobic. He-s a versatile guitarist who is also a great stage partner. He-s always humorous, enthusiastic and positive in the most negative moments. 4. You choose the rock cult documentary Kenneth Anger-s Scorpio Rising for your contribution to his tribute. Why do you recommend to youngest people who missed it to watch this film? And which other odd or weird or cult music films do you think your fans HAVE TO see? I spent five years at Art College and a main part of my studies was film. Kenneth Anger was an innovator who bought a pop clip style to film before many people. He was probably the first. His films are imaginative, erotic and magical rituals that still look contemporary today. I love to make my fans aware of books and films they may not have been aware of, I would recommend underground films Pink Narcissus by Jim Bidgood, Thundercrack by Curt McDowell, Un Chant d-Amour by Jean Genet and a very strong Spanish film called Tras El Cristal by Agustin Villaronga. Guillermo Del Toro is my favorite contemporary director of more commercial films. 5. After all the songs you picked up to cover them, is there any one left, any one too important for you that you prefer don-t do it? Maybe because when you sing them, you make them yours, and maybe you-d prefer leave them inmaculated, in their own limbo… There are many songs i feel that way about that are so definitive, there is no room for me in them but i prefer to keep them to myself as personal secrets and one day i might change my mind. 6. How do you win over a song? To sing someone else-s song, i have to find something of myself or my own life in them to make them my own. I prefer usually songs that are lesser know then people find it easier to associate them with me. Or i can bring a different or subversive slant to a classic. 7. Are you agree with Pitney when «What good is fame it-s just a game / I-d give it all to be the same»? I agree that backstage it can be lonely and hard to keep or find love but i-d never change anything in my life. I-ve been very lucky and fame has taken me to interesting places and situations. Este año tenemos 9 pilotos en 125cc, la categoría en la que más hay. Tres debutantes: Efrán Vázquez (que estuvo, un rato, en 250cc), Marc Márquez y Pere Tutusaus. Ellos y Pol Espargaró, Esteve Rabat y Nico Terol se suman a unos más familiares Joan Olivé, Sergio Gadea y Pablo Nieto. Aquí, mi fotogalería de las promesas de la categoría princesa de las motos.
